As part of the SHEROES Brand training session, we got to hear from Dr. Lalitha. So sharing with you all the insights from the session.

The most important point which we learnt from this session was that when we have some deficiencies in our body of many vitamins, minerals or any nutrients, we look forward to a solution and take the appropriate nutrients but still our problem does not get resolved. So, that is because our body is missing some activators that can enable or switch on the working of those nutrients. So, we need to ensure and see to this aspect also.
